Rub your palms for 10 to 15 seconds and feel warm. Then close your eyes and place your hands over your eyes. You will feel a certain kind of darkness in front of the eyes. Close your eyes. Take a long breath. you will feel relaxed.

Continue this process as long as it feels soothing for you. After that gently remove your hands from the face and slowly open your eyes.

Side to side

 Sit upright in a relaxed position. Take a deep breath. Move your eyeball Without moving your head. Then slowly move your eyeball in a  clockwise direction. Train your eyes to as large a circle as possible.

Your eyes feel smooth and relax. Repeat this process three times. Then close the eyes and relax. perform the same eye-rolling movement three times in a counterclockwise direction.

Eye Focus

Take a deep breath. Relax your body in a  comfortable manner. Hold one arm straight out in front of you in a loose fist. look at your thumb. Focus on your thumb. keep your eyes trained on it. slowly move the thumb toward your nose.

Looking at your thumb, while not focusing clearly on it. Pause for a breath or two, and then lengthen the arm back to its original position. Now focus on the thumb again. Close your eyes and relax. Repeat this exercise up to 10 times.
